Our tradespeople are supported by a dedicated group of administrative, accounting, and management personnel, including the following leadership team.
John Bouloubasis, Principal, is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company. John also very active with company sales and business development. Prior to acquiring Huckestein, John was principal founder of Comfort Systems USA (NYSE Fix), a consolidation of mechanical contractors in Houston, Texas. He was responsible for growing the company to $1.6B. He has extensive hands-on mechanical design and engineering experience. John graduated from Mount Union College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, and earned a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. John holds all the company's mechanical licenses and is very active in the trade operations.
A. Keith Staso, Principal, is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Under his leadership, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, Huckestein Mechanical Services, Inc. has increased employee and customer satisfaction, improved profitability, and enhanced vendor relations. A Pittsburgh native, Mr. Staso earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant.
Rick Wuenschell, Sr., Vice President, Service Department, has 37 years of HVAC experience. He is highly respected in the industry for knowledge of controls, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Rick is an instructor for the Steamfitter Apprenticeship Training Program. He has extensive experience in the application engineering of control systems and mechanical systems, and designed and installed compressed air system for NASA. Rick has attended equipment manufacturer's classes for Carrier, Calgon Vestal Laboratories, Barber Colman Company, Honeywell, and Pittsburgh Trane. He is CFC & HCFC Refrigeration Recovery Certified.
Rich Fair, Controls Manager, has an Associates Degree in Electronics and is a graduate of Electronic Institute of Pittsburgh. He is responsible for sales, project management, and service for the computer-based controls systems product lines. Prior to joining Huckestein in 2007, Rich worked for A Air Co. Inc. as an Energy Management Systems Service Manager and the Supervisor of the Fire System Control Department.
Vincent Suncine, Chief Financial Officer, a 1993 graduate of Robert Morris University with a BA in Accounting. Prior to joining Huckestein 2003, Vince worked as an accountant for more than 21 years. Vince is responsible for accounting and financial management functions.
